At the initiative of Rector Professor Nadia Skotna together with more than twenty universities of Ukraine, Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University in Drohobych became a participant of the international project “Progressive University Management” (with the assistance of the Foundation for the Development of the Czech Republic in partnership with the Union of Rectors of Ukraine and the Masaryk University, Czech Republic.
Within the framework of the project, on November 26 – December 2 the first session of English-language lectures and trainings took place at the Department of Pedagogy at the Masaryk University on the following topics: “Internationalization as a System Process”, “Project Management”, “Marketing Technologies in Education”. The lecturers and moderators were the head of the International Relations Department of the Faculty of Pedagogy at the University of Masaryk Eva Janebova, the head of the Internationalization Center Violeta Ousochova and the chairman of the International Fulbright Program Commission (Prague) Jakub Tesar. The vice-rector for scientific and pedagogical work, assistant professor Yuri Vovk took part in this session representing our university. At the end of the training, each of the participating universities was awarded the appropriate certificate.
